These Terms govern your use of Exhale, operated by Ardenholt LLC ("we", "us"). By using Exhale, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Exhale is software we provide as-is: a private, on-device quit counter for vaping and nicotine pouches. We will work hard to keep it useful, but we offer no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, except where required by law.
Not medical advice
Exhale provides tracking, education, and organization — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — and it is not a medical device. Always consult your clinician before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, dose, or treatment plan, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something in Exhale. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.
Your quit data, your responsibility
Your quit data lives on your device, protected by your device passcode and biometrics; we hold no copy (see Privacy). That design means you are responsible for your device security, your backups and exports, and for deciding who can access your quit data and its printed or exported copies. We cannot recover a quit data from a lost, wiped, or inaccessible device.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Exhale to harm others or store data you have no right to hold.
- Don't attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law.
Payments & refunds
Exhale is a one-time purchase of $24.99 for lifetime access, charged via Stripe; the price is shown before checkout. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal — we never bill you again. One-time purchases are non-refundable after 14 days, except where required by law.
Termination
You can stop using Exhale at any time; your quit data is yours to export or delete on-device. We may suspend website services (like the waitlist) if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated, with notice where feasible.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Exhale is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in that state.
Changes
If these Terms change materially, we'll update this page and the effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
